I'm Joy Moseri — and as you've probably guessed, helping individual sell or buy properties is kinda my sweet spot. 😉


People come to me when they're feeling exhausted by big real estate firms or agents hungrily looking for a million dollar score. Together, we make selling or buying properties feel natural and pleasurable.



I have a 15 year background in management, sale, advertising, and marketing. I've worked with huge brands, small brands, and everything in between. I have a unique perspective on what it takes to negotiate a sale and build excitement. I have been self-employed – successfully running my own business – for over a decade. I've been around the block, many times. 😉


When I'm not buying or selling properties, I also work as a licensed therapist. I've penned several poetries, written a book on lack of continuum of care in healthcare. I am married to my handsome partner, Eric Cooper and we have a son, Mason.

5. I am a certified Scuba diver and I am never tired of letting everyone know that.

6. I am a speed reader, I can plow through most books in one sitting; when I start a book it is hard for me to put it down until I finish.

7. I love to dance and I consider myself a great dancer…try me.

8. I started university at 16-years old and I have eight degrees, you are welcome to add professional student to my Curriculum Vitae.

9. I am 100% a Foodie… I can cook and I love trying new restaurant especially, Michelin Star Rated restaurants!

10. I love seeing the look of fulfillment in my client's faces!
